Service Description

'Harmony' is often used to describe the perfect balance in wine. It is also a musical term and so the aim of this workshop is to find musical and vinous balance through a series of blind tastings. A renowned jazz trumpetist and virtuoso piano player will taste the wines along with the group, freely interpreting the taste of the wine through musical improvisation and spontaneous reaction. As the wine evolves in the glass, so does the music. A range of 6 wines will be included, all tasted blind so there can be no 'a priori' judgements regarding what is being tasted. All tastings include seasonal nibbles and real bread.
