Into the Mild - 4 Days Super Eco Day-by-Day
Day One - Departure Paris on TGV 9:49
Arrival 11:15 - Drive to Domain des Grottes - Arrival around noon.
Lunch will be ready (prepared by Felicie who will already be sur place)
Afternoon tour of the gardens and vineyards.
Yoga around 5pm till 6pm
First team food prep begin helping Felicie at 6pm.
Dinner at 7:30-8
Day Two - Yoga from 7:30-9
Breakfast
Farm visit at 10:30
Lunch
Afternoon wine tasting Domaine des Grottes
Return home around 4:30pm for Yoga at 5
Cooking class # 1 - Indian cooking with Félicie
Dinner at 8
Day Three - Yoga from 7:30-9
Breakfast
Herbology class #1 10 am - Romain
Cooking class # 2 - Lunch - living foods cooking class for lunch
Afternoon hike or relaxation
Yoga at 5pm
Food prep group 2 with Félicie
Dinner at 7:30-8
Day Four - Yoga from 7:30-9
Breakfast
Cooking class # 4 - Final lunch prep (nori maki) and informal cooking class with Félicie
Departure around 3pm for Macon TGV
